Before you dine
How long does omakase take?
Lunch runs about 60 minutes; dinner is typically one hour and 45 minutes. Last orders are 1:30pm for lunch and 9:15pm for dinner.
Allergies and dietary needs?
Tell us when you book and we'll work around most requirements. Shellfish and raw fish are central to the menu, so please give us at least 24 hours' notice for major adjustments.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual. There's no formal requirement — most guests come as they are, and we'd rather you were comfortable.
Cancellations and no-shows
Please give us 24 hours' notice if your plans change. Ingredients are bought for your seat that morning, so late cancellations are costly for a counter this size.
Are children welcome?
Older children who'll enjoy the experience are very welcome at the counter. For younger diners, please give us a call first so we can advise.
Can we sit at the counter?
Counter seats are limited and go first — mention it when you book and we'll do our best. It's the best seat in the house.
